The Seraphims are known as “The Burning Ones” and sometimes as the “ones of love”.
They have six wings - with two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they were flying. They are also equipped with a flaming sword inscripted with the words “Holy, Holy, Holy”
In Hebrew, to use the same word three times to describe something means that the person/object is utterly like the word.
Seraphims fly above the throne; Their primary duty is to constantly glorify and praise and may also be the personal attendant angels of God.

The Cherubims were originally assigned the duty as fierce protectors of the Garden of Eden and are now protectors of the throne.

Modern society depicts cherubs as pudgy babies with two little wings, but they are biblically described to be almost frightening and powerful unearthly beings.
They have four faces, that of the lion, ox, eagle and man. Spread out above their head was what looked like an expanse, sparkling like ice.
Their bodies, back, hands and wings were fully covered with eyes. Made to have four wings, a pair for flight and a pair to cover their bodies and equipped with a flaming sword, lightning speed and a roaring voice.
